AFAD at the Stakeholder’s Consultation for R.A.10591
AFAD expresses its gratitude to the leadership of the Philippine National Police for inviting the Association to be part of the public consultation for the IRR of R.A. 10591 held at the PNP Multi Purpose Hall last August 15, 2o13.
As expected in such a large event with participants from various sectors, not all of the views and comments of the Association were voiced out during the allotted time and as suggested by Police Director Espina, the AFAD decided to submit a position paper to completely express its opinion on the IRR.
