AFAD & BOC-XIP
AFAD represented by its President, Mr. Jethro Dionisio, upon invitation by the Bureau of Customs (BOC): X-Ray Inspection Project (XIP) conducted a seminar to teach the BOC personnel on how to properly identify firearms, ammunition firearm parts, and other regulated accessories which are intentionally concealed during shipment to be smuggled into the country. AFAD strongly supports the Bureau of Customs’ drive to curb illegal firearms smuggling and will continue to provide all possible assistance to the Bureau’s continued mission.
